Since the beginning of her professional career in 2006, Sarah has developed exceptional skills, knowledge and experience in hair extensions.
Sarah is the very first USA brand ambassador and national educator for global leading UK-based Remi Cachet Hair Extensions. Along with been recognized as a Remi Cachet Super StylistⓇ consecutively for the last four years, joining an exclusive group of extensionists distinguished by their commitment to the brand and their high-quality application work. Sarah has established a prominent presence in the industry.
Sarah’s passion for hair extensions extends beyond enhancing her clients’ hairstyles; she is dedicated to educating fellow stylists in this specialized area. With 19 + years of full-time experience behind the chair, Sarah offers education that empowers stylists to gain confidence and proficiency in their newly acquired skill.
Additionally in 2023, Sarah expanded her expertise by obtaining certification in hair loss at the National Hair Loss Medical Aesthetics in Scottsdale, Arizona. Specializing in providing effective, long-term solutions for individuals experiencing thinning hair and hair loss.
As she continues to grow and adapt to the latest trends, Sarah expertly guides both novice and experienced stylists, while fostering confidence and beauty in her clients.

BRIANA MARIE
Master Stylist
Briana discovered her passion for hair in 2014 upon graduating from The Orlo School of Hair Design, and she has since dedicated herself to her craft. Shortly thereafter, Briana became certified in She by SoCap hair extensions.
Since 2020 Briana has been professionally certificatied in Remi Cachet hair extensions. Specializing in techniques such as sew in weft, ultra/pro tip, and flat keratin methods. She is also committed to professional development, having pursued education in highlighting and balayage services.
Briana's enthusiasm for hair extensions continues to grow with her expertise as a master-level extension stylist. Striving to help clients achieve their ideal hair! She is currently accepting new extension clients.
KAYLENE
Master Stylist
Kaylene's professional hair career began in 2014 after graduating from Schoharie County Boces. Inspired by her experiences at her aunt's salon, she has always dreamed of this career!
Over the past ten years, Kaylene has been dedicated to growing her business while gaining life long clients.
In 2021, Kaylene became certified in Remi Cachet hair extensions, turning her passion and talent for hair extensions into a significant part of her career.
Kaylene specializes in Brazilian blowout treatments, sew in weft extensions, k-tips and individual extension methods. She is currently welcoming new clients for all services as a Master Stylist!
MACK
Master Stylist
Mackenzie (Mack) began her professional journey as a stylist in 2021, following her graduation from Paul Mitchell the School in Schenectady, NY.
Under the mentorship of Sarah Ashley, she has perfected her skills in multiple extension methods while working alongside our master stylists.
With almost four years of experience at Upstate Hair Extension Studio and many extended education classes, sew in weft extensions, individual method extensions and lived in color services are Macks specialty.
Mackenzie is dedicated to ensuring her clients look and feel their best.
